• 9:30am: Signature Sponsor arrival and set up
• 10:30am: Registration and pick up raffle tickets
• 10:30am: BBQ lunch on the patio (open to 4pm)
• 11:30am: Shotgun start
• 12:00pm: Prize draws
• 5:30pm: Reception with appetizers (no formal dinner)
• 6:00pm: Prizes available for pickup
